Payment for Self-Pay clients

When you book an appointment via my online appointment portal, the system will automatically take a credit card to secure your appointment. If you don’t want to use this for appointment payment just let me know at the visit. I accept cash, check, zelle and credit card. Upon payment I will be sending you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Initial visits are $350 and last typically 90-120 minutes. Follow up visits are billed at $175 an hour.

All home visits with a distance longer than 20 miles from zipcode 10506 (Bedford, NY) will be charged a $50 travel fee.

Starting January 2025, on Fridays I will only see clients in my Bedford Hills space (a beautiful office nested in Westchester Creative Arts Therapy), but if you need a home visit on Friday I will charge an additional $75 convenience fee. All other days I will continue to see families for home visits.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 24-hour notice is appreciated. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours without rescheduling will be charged a 50% ($175) fee.
